Whoah. Way to go Britain, keeping the mud-slinging tradition alive. I am going to want to puke even more every time I think about America now that I have it in my head as being a "yeasty ferment." And is there a reason for hyphenating "Hoff-man"? Is it that he's a man and that's why they gave it to him? No, that makes no sense; his character was gay too. I'm kind of lost here. She didn't even make a case for why the movie SHOULD have won (other than the very spot-on comment about acting v. imitating).
Lest anyone get the wrong idea I should add that I agree that Crash was basically Trash, and that B-back should have won.
Speaking of "Crash," this week's "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" contains two choice remarks about it. One is from Adam Felber somewhere along the way, and the other is from Roy Blount at the end.
